SmackGourmet.com is committed to delivering your order in good condition and within a reasonable time frame.

We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays. To ensure safe and timely delivery, orders are shipped through reputed courier partners only.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout. The final shipping cost may vary depending on the order value, delivery location, and payment method.

Serviceable Locations

SmackGourmet.com delivers across major cities and serviceable pin codes in India. Delivery availability can be confirmed during checkout by entering your pin code.

If your pin code is not serviceable, you may contact our customer support team for assistance.

Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier operations.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, leaked, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Kindly return it to the delivery personnel and inform SmackGourmet.com immediately with your order number and clear photos, if available.

After verification, SmackGourmet.com will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Refund and Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of food products, SmackGourmet.com does not accept returns once a product has been delivered and accepted, except in the following cases:

  • The product was delivered in a damaged or tampered condition.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is missing from the order.
  • The product is unfit for consumption at the time of delivery, subject to verification.

To raise a refund or replacement request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@smackgourmet.com with your Order ID, issue details, and supporting photos or videos.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. In approved replacement cases, a fresh product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number entered at checkout are accurate. SmackGourmet.com will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
